The iX1500 has no WIA or TWAIN drivers and Fujitsu tech support says to buy the FI series instead. I can “attach” folders, which means putting a shortcut on the ScanSnap desktop, and it will scan to that location with a file name of my choosing. The software is a bit simplistic but it looks as if will work for me. The Fujitsu iX1500 scanner with the Scan Snap software is wonderful in almost every way.
